Kristin, originally from New York City, is an entrepreneur, corporate and nonprofit legal specialist, and business coach. With over 25 years’ experience in the corporate world, she has had myriad accolades for her own companies as well as her legal practice.
Kristin was featured in Salt Lake Magazine’s “Women to Watch” and on celebrity.com for her fashion company Raffone Design. She also was one of the invite-only guests at Google’s inaugural “Solve for X” conference representing a nanotechnology company that she co-founded. Most recently, Kristin co-founded a business and nonprofit coaching company: Walton Parke and launched its Mosaic Alliance Program offering a comprehensive in-house resource for for-profit and non-profit companies, both in the United States and abroad.
Kristin is the recent recipient of Utah’s Legal Elite Award in Government Law. She has also received Utah’s Legal Elite awards in the practice areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and Nonprofits. In 2021 Kristin received the Martindale Hubbell AV Rating – the highest possible rating in both Legal Ability and Legal Ethics.
Kristin has extensive academic studies abroad including attendance at Moscow University in Russia and Lorenzo di Medici School of the Arts in Italy.
Kristin is a member of the Utah State Bar, Corporate Counsel Section, Government Section, and Nonprofit Section; Women Lawyers of Utah; Advisory Board Member of The Emerald Project; Board Member of Oquirrh West Dance Project; Wealth Counsel Member; President of Mid-Day Masters. She is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Utah.
